DELIVERY PROCESS

Local Delivery

  1. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days once we have received your payment.  Please note that processing of orders may take a longer period during peak or sales period.
  2. An email or SMS will be sent to you upon order being dispatched.
  3. In the event, should the delivery be not successful as a result of customer's provision of wrong address or absence at the time of delivery. Customers will be required to re-confirm the venue, date and time for re-delivery.  An additional $10 surcharge is applied.

International Delivery

  1. For international orders (which are sent by registered airmail) and local registered orders, tracking reference number and relevant details will be included in the email. 
  2. All international orders will be sent by registered airmail via Singapore Post Mail. This may take between 5 – 15 days, depending on your location. However, some locations may take more than 15 days.
  3. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken in protecting fragile objects.
  4. Please ensure the delivery address you have provided is accurate. Parcels which are non-deliverable will be sent back to Skinsolutionsg. In such instances, you will be charged the "return" mailing costs (as per charged by the postal company and may cost more than the initial charges). This is in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the order.

Delivery Charges

Local Delivery

  1. For local delivery, the delivery service is FREE when you order $60 and above. For purchases below $60, an $4.50 delivery charge will be added.
  2. An additional $10 will be charged for re-delivery when customer provides the wrong address OR if customer is not present at point of delivery.

International Delivery

  1. For international delivery, shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Postage fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Skinsolutionsg will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service, if the delay was caused by reasons beyond its control.
Skinsolutionsg reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Local Customers

There are no ‘change of mind’ refunds. However a full refund will be given to anyone that experiences any adverse effect from using our products minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.

The customer must contact the us immediately on receipt of goods if there is damage or a fault with the product.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit. Please drop us an email stating your reason of return intent before returning the product and/or products to us.
